Brief
Sophie came to me to design a new brand mark for her company, Active Nutrition. Her request was for a logo and colour scheme that was future proofed so that the direction of her start-up wasn’t restricted by the assets.
Specification
I spent some time researching similar brands that offer nutrition, lifestyle and fitness guidance. It became evident that the subtle nuances had a big impact on the identity of the company with some brands being very aggressive and others being very restrictive by using obvious design elements. I designed Sophie a logo that used a refreshing colour scheme and reinforced her request for a sustainable, gender neutral and memorable icon.
Deliverables
I turned around the initial design sketches, planning, creative and package in under a week. This included an animated version of the brand mark for vlog use.
